A joint project between Round Square and FijiBure.com

All it takes is for you to go to your closet and pull out those unused shoes that you will one day throw out anyway. We want them. Send them to our local Round Square depot so that they can be used to wrap the feet of children and adults across Fiji.

We have already received several hundred pairs of shoes but we need thousands more. So please help if you can!

NOTE: Please ensure all donated shoes are cleaned, have shoelaces and are in a good condition and are boxed or securely packaged as a pair. 

So far we have received enough shoes to reach the outer suburbs of Nadi - our target is to get to Suva! Be part of the great shoe trail! Our target is 11,400 pairs of shoes (100 pairs per kilometer).

SPONSOR SOUGHT: We are seeking a sponsor to assist with a 20 ft container and transport costs of the shoes to Nadi or Suva in Fiji. Article in the Pacific Island and Trade Commission newsletter (March 2009)
